The Role of Person in Charge
We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic individual to take on the role of Person in Charge, supporting our centre on a full-time contract.
Key Responsibilities
* Ensure Personal Plans, Risk Assessments, and Behavioural Support Plans are up-to-date and services are delivered to the highest possible quality and safety standards.
* Provide the highest quality of care and support to people who use our service, meeting regulation compliance in accordance with Health Act 2007 and Care and Support of Residents in Designated Centres Regulations 2013.
* Manage the staff team, provide mentorship and leadership, and oversee the service across shifts to ensure effective and efficient services are delivered.
* Familiarise yourself with local safety statements, company policies, and procedures, maintaining infection control standards at all times.
Requirements
* Level 7/8 Degree in a Health or Social related qualification (or suitable equivalent qualification with management qualification in healthcare).
* Full Clean Driver's License.
* Minimum 3 years managerial experience within a similar health or social care setting.
