IT Support Analyst
We are seeking an experienced IT Support Analyst to join our team on a 12-month contract.
The Role:
Provide comprehensive first-line support to all staff, managing tickets and being the primary point of contact for exceptional incident management.
* Configure and deploy laptops/desktops
* Resolve client issues with Windows (Desktop and Server editions) and applications
* Communicate resolutions effectively with end users and update the helpdesk system
The Person:
Requirements include:
* Previous experience (ideally 2 years) in a Level 1 Helpdesk technician role or similar
* Technical knowledge of Active Directory, Windows Server environment, network components, Veeam, and VMWare
* Strong customer service skills over the phone and in person
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Possess relevant IT qualifications and be able to prioritize tasks efficiently
