throughout the project lifecycle to ensure phased sign-offs.
3. Benchmarking: Lead first-of-a-kind (FOAK) benchmarking activities to establish
reference standards for new technologies and systems.
4. Inspections & Walkdowns: Conduct regular site inspections, oversee QA checks,
and lead client walkdowns to ensure compliance and sign-off at each stage.
5. Documentation: Maintain all quality records, including checklists, NCRs, punch
lists, test reports, and sign-off sheets.
6. Reporting: Provide regular updates on quality performance, issues, and resolutions to
project and senior management.
7. Audit & Compliance: Conduct internal audits and ensure compliance with client
specifications, Astatine standards, and industry codes.
8. Subcontractor Oversight: Review and approve subcontractor QA documentation
and ensure their works meet required standards.
9. Continuous Improvement: Feed lessons learned back into quality systems to
continually raise performance and reliability across projects.
Qualifications & Experience:
1. Degree-qualified in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering (or related discipline).
2. Demonstrated QA/QC experience on mechanical and electrical construction projects, ideally in renewable energy or decarbonization sectors.
3. Familiarity with first-of-a-kind project delivery, stage tagging, and structured walkdown processes.
4. Working knowledge of standards such as ISO 9001, IEC codes, and relevant M&E installation guidelines.
5. Skilled in developing and implementing inspection plans and managing document control workflows.
6. Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder engagement skills.
