You will be part of a team that makes a difference by:
* Assisting the Quality department in delivering business objectives by managing calendars, planning travel, and spearheading administrative and business support activities.
* Managing diaries for the Site Quality Director and site management team.
* Planning and arranging itineraries for domestic and international travel.
* Spearheading administrative and business support activities.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A minimum NFQ Level 7 qualification in Business, Engineering, Science, or Manufacturing.
* A minimum of 2 years' experience in similar positions.
* Excellent diary management and time management skills.
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office – Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
* Strong communication and attention to detail.
