Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and/or lead a small team within facilities.
* Develop team members to increase business acumen and functional skills.
* Plan and direct assigned operational and project activities with accountability for successful completion of assigned deliverables.
* Identify opportunities and lead the implementation of changes to drive improvements.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's Honours Degree (Level 8) in a Technical field.
* At least 10 years of experience in a facilities position.
* At least 2-3 years Managerial experience.
Essential Skills:
* Proven successful project management leadership skills.
* Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite and related tools and systems.
* Excellent problem-solving, organizational, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
* High discretion/judgment in decision making.
