This is an exciting opportunity to join the growing European entity of an International Investment Bank. The successful candidate will support the Balance Sheet Management team in monitoring and enhancing the bank’s liquidity management framework. This is a Dublin-based hybrid role with a highly regarded company, known to support and invest in its people.
Responsibilities:
1. Contribute to the multidisciplinary role of the Group’s Treasury team, focusing on funding and liquidity adequacy.
2. Collaborate closely with the Group’s global businesses and colleagues.
3. Prepare management information on liquidity and board reports, e.g., Liquidity Coverage Ratio and Net Stable Funding Ratio.
4. Develop relationships with business functions to advise on balance sheet and liquidity impact of new products and strategies.
5. Support funding and liquidity matters, facilitating dialogue with Group Treasury teams across the globe.
Requirements:
1. Degree in business/finance/economics or related discipline with 2-5 years of banking and finance experience.
2. Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
3. Understanding of liquidity risk and ability to interpret financial information.
4. Interest and understanding of financial products and markets.
5. Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel.
