Are you our next International Payroll Manager?
Location: Dublin, as part of our hybrid working model.

A snapshot of your peer group:
* Tax Qualification or payroll certification
* Excellent knowledge of employee taxes and the ability to understand their implications when working in different jurisdictions.
* Shadow payroll experience on Irish and UK payrolls.
* Minimum 5 years of payroll experience under HMRC, Irish Revenue and other international countries.
* Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple payrolls and deadlines.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with employees, internal teams, and third-party payroll providers.
Your responsibilities:
* Ensure accurate and timely processing of international payrolls, including shadow payroll calculations, deductions, and statutory contributions.
* Stay updated with global payroll regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements for each jurisdiction.
* Implement payroll system enhancements, upgrades, and integrations to improve efficiency and accuracy across international payrolls.
* Provide guidance and support to HR, finance, and tax teams regarding payroll processes, compliance, and reporting.
* Ability to adapt to changing payroll requirements across different countries and regions.
* Coordinate year-end payroll processes, including tax reporting, annual statements, and compliance filings for each country.
* Manage and resolve payroll-related issues and discrepancies.
* Partner with benefits and HR teams to implement new programs and processes.
* Prepare and maintain international payroll process documentation.
Your team:
You will be joining a finance team of 30 people and reporting to a director in the team.
