Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced Client Services Vice President to oversee our Technical Account Managers in the EMEA or APAC region.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and support a team of Technical Account Managers to maximize business and customer benefits.
* Represent clients and sales teams within Ookla's product development cycle.
* Resolve complex technical issues and drive issue escalation when necessary.
* Engage with senior executives to support their business needs.
* Partner with the sales team to review account health and identify growth opportunities.
* Develop expertise in new technologies to support customer growth.
* Think strategically about business, product, and technical challenges.
Requirements
* 10-20 years of experience in technology-related support or account management.
* Experience managing a technical sales team.
* Background in the Telecommunications market.
* Exceptional customer focus and bias for action.
* Ability to establish and develop relationships across customer organizations.
* Strong technical problem-solving skills.
* Familiarity with internet, cellular, and broadband technology.
* Self-motivated with excellent communication skills.
* Knowledge of Ookla's product offerings.
* Ability to travel regularly.
