HR Specialist
Our client, a major provider of engineering & technical services to the multinational manufacturing sector in Ireland, is expanding their HR team.
This role is ideal for a qualified HR professional seeking to advance their career and gain experience in a dynamic and expanding corporation.
The Job:
The successful candidate will be a key part of the HR team, reporting directly to the HR Manager and covering a wide range of HR duties and projects across the site.
Responsibilities will include employee engagement and query resolution, time and attendance reporting, compensation and benefits administration, recruitment campaigns, onboarding new hires, training and development programs, HR metrics and data reporting, and supporting the HR Manager and wider leadership teams with their HR needs and projects.
Your Skills/Experience:
We require:
* A 3rd-level degree in a HR or related discipline.
* At least 3 years of relevant HR experience.
* Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with colleagues at all levels.
* Strong IT, data analysis, and HR reporting skills.
* Due to the rural location of the company, you must have your own transport.
The Offer:
This is a permanent role with a salary ranging from €45,000 to €50,000 based on candidate skills and experience.
The role will be fully office-based initially but may involve one day per week working from home once fully onboarded.
