Fleet Materials Specialist
Ryanair, Europe's Largest Airline Group, is currently recruiting for a key role in Dublin to support our ambitious growth plans. With the goal of expanding to 300m passengers and 800 Aircraft by 2034, we need an experienced Fleet Materials Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and develop A320 spares inventory to meet operational requirements across all Ryanair group Bases.
* Serve as a focal point supporting A320 Operation on materials issues.
* Assist with contract management for A320 third-party material suppliers, ensuring contractual obligations are met.
* Monitor open defects on the Airbus fleet and address materials shortages efficiently.
* Control the repair cycle of parts to optimize inventory management.
* Collaborate with suppliers on repair pricing and support.
* Support all Group Stores in our Network for smooth operation.
* E nsure compliance with materials-related regulatory requirements.
* Track spare part movements to prevent robberies, loans, and exchanges, minimizing costs.
* Work with Engineering departments to resolve queries and achieve results.
Requirements:
* Experience in a similar role, preferably.
* Understanding of EASA Part 145 and Part M requirements.
* Negotiation experience at a senior level.
* Strong numerical ability and contract expertise.
* Able to work independently with a mature sense of judgment.
* Highly organized with excellent task management skills in a pressurized environment.
* Proven computer skills and effective communication abilities.
* Sound knowledge of computer systems.
