Be a Champion for Early Talent:
* Execute on global early career recruiting strategies within specific functional areas or geographic regions.
* Manage interview logistics for each assigned position, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for candidates and hiring managers.
* Own the entire recruitment process, from crafting compelling job descriptions to securing candidate acceptance.
* Become a trusted advisor to internal partners, collaborating on developing effective recruitment strategies, policies, and processes.
* Conduct thorough needs assessments with hiring managers to gain a clear understanding of their ideal candidate profile.
* Establish clear communication plans with hiring managers, keeping them updated with candidate feedback, timelines, and next steps.
* Focus on ensuring a positive and engaging candidate experience, from the first contact to the final decision.
* Analyze sourcing and recruiting performance, continuously identifying opportunities to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
* Stay up to date on the latest talent acquisition trends, policies, and best practices.
* Proactively build a strong talent pool within your assigned area to ensure you’re attracting the best possible candidates.
* Leverage experience in university/campus recruiting is a must.
