Job Description:
A vacancy has now arisen for a Fleet and Aftersales Administrator within the Operations Department of Volkswagen Financial Services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Monitor and process the work stream of claims via the Aftersales platform in line with SLA
* Authorise mechanical repairs and routine maintenance to private use and fleet vehicles, in accordance with the manufacturer’s service requirements and VWFS budgetary controls within authority levels.
* Ensure the department KPI’s in the area of cost control, response times are adhered to at all times.
* Maintain all records and paperwork relevant to the function, ensuring they are accurate and up to date at all times.
* Act as a key point of contact for the Customer and Dealer to ensure that customer queries are dealt with in an efficient, timely and professional way, seeking best outcome for our customers.
* Communicate across all stakeholders effectively to maximize customer service and keep vehicle downtimes to a minimum.
* Assist other teams within Volkswagen Financial Services as required with a flexible and adaptable approach.
* Manage Service, CVRT and NCT bookings for lease customers in an efficient manner.
Key Role Requirements:
* Able to work on your own initiative and as part of a team with a proactive approach, confident, competent and forward thinking.
* Enthusiastic, demonstrating a desire to learn and progress.
* Experience in automotive aftersales administrative environment an advantage
* Proven excellent administrative skillset, with high focus on attention to detail
Essential Role Requirements:
* Degree in Business or Finance desirable.
* A demonstrable ability and disciplined approach to working in a high volume, customer focused environment, achieving service levels
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate and document the rationale for decisions.
* Ability to problem solve
* Professional ability to deal with key stakeholders and customers
* Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues
