Planning & Operation Specialist
We are seeking a Planning & Operation Specialist to join our team.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in planning and operating data centers and network resources across the EMEA region. Key responsibilities include optimizing resource utilization, implementing cost-reduction measures, and enhancing infrastructure competitiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist with the planning and operation of EMEA data centers and network resources.
* Monitor and track the implementation of cost-reduction measures in the network and data center areas across EMEA sites.
* Regularly communicate with the market regarding infrastructure demands, develop optimization plans, and track their implementation.
* Assist in organizing infrastructure planning documentation and continuously enhance infrastructure competitiveness.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new technologies and processes.
* Analyze data to identify trends and provide actionable insights for improving operational efficiency.
* Support the development and implementation of strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing the overall performance of data centers and network resources.
Experience/Skills/Education:
* 2+ years of relevant experience in a similar position, ideally in data center operations, preferably in technical planning or operations.
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
* Proficiency in Mandarin.
* Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills and a strong sense of responsibility.
* Able to thrive in a fast-paced, flexible, and proactive team environment.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in using data analysis tools and software.
* Familiarity with the latest trends and technologies in data center operations and network resource management would be a plus.
Additional Information:
* The interview process consists of 2 onsite interviews, 1 with the HR and 1 with the hiring manager from the team.
* A valid full-time right to work in Ireland is required for this position.
