Job Title: Litigation Legal Secretary
The company in Dublin seeks an experienced litigation legal secretary to provide exceptional support to the litigation department.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Document Preparation and Proofreading: Prepare, format, and proofread legal documents and correspondence with precision.
2. Court Filing Management: Manage court filings, deadlines, and calendars to ensure smooth case progression.
3. Coordination and Communication: Coordinate meetings, appointments, and communications for the litigation team.
4. Filing Systems Maintenance: Maintain accurate and organized filing systems, both electronic and physical.
5. Client Communications: Handle client communications with professionalism and confidentiality.
6. CASE MANAGEMENT SOFTWARE: Utilize Keyhouse software to efficiently manage case files and workflows.
7. Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support as needed.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of defined legal experience in a litigation secretary role.
* Software Proficiency: Proficiency with Keyhouse or similar legal practice management software (preferred).
* Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Multitasking: Strong ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
* Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Microsoft Office Suite: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
