Excellent opportunity for an Office Manager with 1+ years’ experience to join an award-winning Irish owned Civil engineering consultancy in Co. Roscommon. Our client’s mission is to add value at every stage of their projects. Their success is the direct result of the imagination, knowledge and commitment of their team. Projects include student accommodation, commercial, retail, mixed use and residential developments.
Role:
* The successful receptionist will have an exceptional work life balance.
* As office manager you will be responsible for opening and closing Reception, general admin duties, answering phones, managing incoming emails and daily post.
* You will provide support to the accounts department as needed and deal with petty cash.
* Daily stock check and purchasing of office supplies.
* Arranging couriers.
Key Requirements:
* 1+ year experience in a similar role
* Experience in the construction industry would offer a distinct advantage
* The successful receptionist will have excellent telephone manner and customer service skills.
* Strong problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work in a busy environment.
