We are seeking an ICT Project Officer to work with our public sector client on a hybrid basis.
The duration of this post is 12 months initially, with possible extensions thereafter. You will work 35 hours per week and be employed as an agency employee.
You will receive an hourly rate of €30.17 per hour, based on an annualised salary of €55,093, and accrue 30 days annual leave per year, plus paid Bank Holidays.
To be successful, you must have a track record of at least 1.5 years in managing or supporting the delivery of projects, preferably within the healthcare sector.
Role & Responsibilities
ICT Project Officers support the management of one or more projects, including initial scoping and planning stages. They may be allocated to a portfolio of projects dependent on the stage individual projects are at and the level of work commitment required.
This role requires reporting to multiple stakeholder groups through the primary channel of the Project Manager.
Skills & Experience
You must have experience of:
* Supporting project planning, process mapping, report development, RAID and RACI management, and resource management processes.
* Engaging with a wide range of stakeholders.
In addition, you should have:
* Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* An ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
* Good ICT, presentation, and report writing skills.
* A commitment to achieving quality results.
* Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
