Abrivia are currently recruiting on behalf of their client for a Customer Support Agent to join their team in South Dublin. This is a busy position, requiring candidates to have excellent telephone communication skills, be highly organised, and possess excellent attention to detail with a friendly personality.
The Role:
* Deliver a high level of customer service over the phone and via email, putting the customer first at all stages of their journey.
* Work closely with a diverse and vibrant team.
* Communicate effectively between customers, client, and the team.
* Resolve queries at the first point of contact through various communication channels.
* Provide administrative support as required.
* Professionally handle all enquiries and follow up on any issues efficiently.
The Candidate:
* Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
* Proficient in MS Office and excellent administration skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Enjoys working in a busy, fast-paced environment.
* Great attention to detail and organisation skills
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
