The Finance Business Partner Associate will support the finance team in managing financial transactions, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
This role is ideal for an individual with 2-5 years of experience, strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with other departments.
A key focus will be on budgeting, forecasting, and interacting with the management team to provide financial insights and support decision-making.

Based in Clanwilliam HQ and reporting into the Group Head of Finance, this role will entail working closely with a wide number of internal business functions such as HR, Marketing, Sales, Development and all other relevant stakeholders to support with all financial aspects of the business.
Responsibilities are included but not limited to: Assist in the preparation of month-end and year-end closing processes, financial statements and reports.
Manage and coordinate key financial measurements (revenue, gross profit, expense, profit and cash).
Support budgeting and forecasting activities, including preparing and analysing budget reports.
Support M&A activities, including market analysis, financial due diligence and integration.
Collaborate with the management team to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making.
Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
Assist with audits and tax filings.
Provide financial analysis and insights to support decision-making.
Communicate with external parties (banks, auditors, regulatory bodies).
About you:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
2-5 years of experience in a finance, accounting, audit, or tax role.
Preferably, but not essential, to have an accounting qualification.
The company will also support candidates pursuing an accounting or related qualification.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles.
Proficiency in data analysis and financial modelling.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Strong ethical standards and integrity.
Experience in budgeting and forecasting.
Ability to interact effectively with the management team and provide financial insights.
