Executive Head Chef Position
The Executive Head Chef will oversee the hotel's kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food production while maintaining cost control and profitability margins. The role reports directly to the Food and Beverage General Manager.
Main Responsibilities:
* Manage food production and provide the highest quality of food consistent with cost control and profitability margins.
* Purchase all necessary items via approved suppliers.
* Maximise guest satisfaction by providing high-quality food that meets the hotel's standards.
Tasks and Duties:
* Assure adherence to Portmarnock Hotel & Golf Links standards of food quality, preparation, recipes, and presentation.
* Ensure proper staffing and adequate supplies for all stations.
* Oversee all food production-related areas and co-ordinate activities to ensure correct preparation and delivery times.
