Key Responsibilities:
* Support management team in creating a service culture within the store team that prioritizes customer satisfaction.
* Guide Sales Advisors on how to recommend additional services to drive sales, such as omni-channel selling and gathering customer data.
* Contribute to driving store sales, profitability, and consistent KPI achievement.
* Implement visual merchandising, window standards, and guidelines to maximize commercial opportunities.
* Train Sales Advisors on Seasalt brand, products, design inspiration, and services.
* Communicate store performances to team and stakeholders, providing regular feedback and highlighting risks and opportunities.
* SUPPORT STORE MANAGER WITH ALL STORE OPERATIONS, INCLUDING MANAGEMENT OF STOCK, LOSS PREVENTION, AND HEALTH AND SAFETY.
* Be a key-holder for the store and have sole responsibility for running the store when required.
Requirements:
* You'll be passionate about inspiring your team to have excellent product knowledge and will lead by example with your customer service skills.
* Driving sales, thinking commercially, and working towards KPIs will be important to you.
* You'll be confident in giving feedback to all members of the team and sharing ideas with management on how to drive performance.
