Corporate/Enterprise Sales Consultant
This role is within our Sales Team. We are looking for an experienced Sales Consultant who will manage some existing customers (past and present) and develop new customers for our full portfolio of services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Building strong relationships with customers at all levels.
* Researching the market and related products.
* Working closely with technical Pre-Sales, Architect, and Consulting resources to understand customer requirements and position relevant solutions.
* Presenting service offerings in a structured professional way face-to-face.
* Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers.
* Calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business.
* Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales.
* Gathering market and customer information.
* Representing the organisation at trade exhibitions and events.
* Liaising with the delivery organisation to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Technical Competencies:
* Minimum 5+ years' experience in a solutions sales role within the ICT Sector.
* Experience selling into larger customers and comfortable talking to all levels within the customer.
* Excellent CRM and Microsoft Office skills.
* Great ability to network within an organisation.
Business Competencies:
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Very competent in presenting formally and informally to customers.
* Strong ability to influence.
* Self-Starter with strong organisational skills.
