Job Description:We are a forward-thinking media agency working for local and global clients from our Dublin office.Role Overview:As Account Manager, you will play a key role in managing client relationships, driving revenue, and coordinating internal teams to deliver exceptional media strategies from planning to execution. This is a collaborative, dynamic role working alongside an Account Director and Account Executive, and you’ll manage a variety of client accounts within a talented team of 10.Key Responsibilities:Client PlanningTranslate client briefs into detailed internal briefs, ensuring clear direction for internal media planning teams.Oversee the development of accurate and cohesive composite media plans, coordinating with specialist teams and ensuring alignment with client objectives.Manage changes to strategies and media plans, ensuring effective communication between clients and specialists.Client ManagementAct as the primary point of contact for select clients, addressing their needs, assessing scope, and determining effective solutions.Handle client queries across all media disciplines, involving specialists only when necessary.Deliver post-campaign analyses (PCAs), mid campaign reporting, and competitive reviews, translating results into actionable insights.Oversee campaign go-live procedures, including liaising with creative partners on specs and deadlines for copy and communication with clients on all matters relating to campaign booking approval and administration.Team LeadershipSupport, mentor, and upskill Account Executive(s) within your team, fostering their professional development.Encourage a collaborative environment, where each team member is empowered to contribute innovative ideas and solutions to client challenges.Operational FinanceEnsure accurate and timely invoicing, reconciling media plans with MX codes and purchase orders (POs).What We’re Looking For:Education & Qualifications:A bachelor’s degree in marketing, Mass Communication, or a relevant subject.3-5 years of experience managing client campaign planning and implementation within a media agency environment.Strong knowledge of the Irish media landscape and marketplace, with the ability to interpret consumer insights and media data to drive impactful strategies and campaign recommendations.Exceptional ability to manage client relationships, cultivate trust with clients, and act as a reliable point of contact.Excellent ability to manage multiple campaigns and responsibilities efficiently, while maintaining attention to detail.A strategic mindset that combines creative thinking and data-driven decisions to deliver results and innovative solutions to meet client needs within a fast-paced environment.What We Offer:A collaborative and fast-paced work environment with opportunities for growth.The opportunity to work with diverse clients across various industries.We offer competitive salaries and benefits including pension plans, income protection, life assurance, discounted healthcare and travel insurance.You’ll enjoy lots of cool perks including free fresh fruit delivered daily along with a fully subsidised barista service.We strongly support a work-life balance and encourage agile and flexible working across the business.Our working parents are eligible for paid family friendly leave once they are with us more than a year and we offer a phased return to work to support their return.You always get your birthday off, company closure days at Christmas and Easter and we have a great holiday allowance scheme allowing you to buy additional leave at the beginning of the year too.Diversity, Inclusion and Wellness is SO important to us and there is always an event within these areas on the horizon.#LI-Hybrid#LI-VW2Location:DublinBrand:DentsuTime Type:Full timeContract Type:Permanent
