Renewals Sales Manager
We are currently seeking a skilled Renewals Sales Manager to join our team in Ireland.
This role is responsible for driving sales initiatives and processes within the existing SMB customer base, with a focus on achieving industry-leading retention rates.
The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic sales team and collaborate closely with various areas of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
* Meet Renewal Sales targets by managing and nurturing the existing customer base.
* Interact and work with diverse teams to generate high Renewal rates.
* Utilize effective communication and negotiation skills.
* Optimise Channel Partner relationships.
* Manage a Volume Pipeline effectively.
* Take ownership and share Best Practices.
Requirements:
* Fluent in German and English.
* A highly organised and effective Account Manager.
* Self-motivated and results-driven.
* A Team Player.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Working knowledge of CRM tools like Salesforce.
* B2B Phone Sales Experience preferably in the IT Industry.
* A degree or other third-level qualification.
The estimated salary for this position is €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
