Reporting to: Leisure Centre Manager
Job Requirements: To increase customer satisfaction by providing efficient, prompt, trouble free and courteous Leisure Centre service connected with arriving members and in-house guests, in line with the hotel’s guidelines, iNua Group guidelines and service concepts.
Main Duties:
* Provide the highest standard of service to leisure centre members and guests using the facility
* Welcome, greet, register, check in, and process members and guests promptly and accurately
* Responds to customer requests for information about the hotel and its surroundings; awareness of local attractions and places of importance to ensure guest queries are answered.
* Communicates clearly and effectively with members and guests and the wider team within the hotel. Deals with all relevant communication in an appropriate and timely manner.
* Updates and verifies arrivals by updating memberships in regards to customer details and method of payment
* Is fully aware of, and knows how to manage all Leisure Centre promotions.
* Maximises customer satisfaction and hotel revenue by promoting the hotel facilities to guests.
* Minimises loss of revenue by adhering to all established credit procedures.
* Receives proper approval codes for cash and credit card paying customers.
* Identifies and records special billing instructions and notifies accounting and Front Office Manager.
* Completes shift closing accurately by getting appropriate approval signatures and authorisation codes.
