About the Role:
VANRATH are partnering with our client in Logistics to recruit a HR Advisor on a fixed-term contract basis.
Main Responsibilities:
* Drive engagement, diversity, and inclusion initiatives.
* Evaluate and ensure compliance with local employment laws and best HR practices.
* Lead and contribute to key HR projects and change management initiatives.
* Partner with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals.
* Provide expert advice on employee relations, performance management, and organisational development.
* Support recruitment and talent development to enhance workforce capability.
Essential Criteria:
* At least 2 years of experience in HR generalist roles.
* CIPD qualification or relevant degree (desirable).
* Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
* Experience coaching and advising senior stakeholders.
* Excellent communication, influencing, and problem-solving skills.
