I have an exciting permanent opportunity with a client based in Cork city working within the finance sector. My client is looking for an enthusiastic and hard working person to join their growing team as an Office Administrator.
This role will support internal team members on various business-related tasks and will suit someone looking to start their career within the business support or finance sector from an administrative capacity.
Location: Cork City
Duties:
* Assisting internal departments with administration duties such as scanning, filing, and data entry.
* Inputting data onto internal databases with excellent attention to detail.
* Assisting with the inputting of bank statements into correct folders.
* Assisting with accurate recording of departmental financial statements in the systems.
* Answering calls and queries as needed.
* Ongoing adhoc administration support as required.
What do you need?
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Ability to multitask.
* Previous experience in an office environment would be highly beneficial.
* Previous experience working with computers and internal databases is essential.
