The project team is built around the Global Process Workflows as outlined below:Record to ReportOrder to CashSource to PayPlan to ProduceInventory to DeliverForecast to PlanWe are actively recruiting a Global Process Owner for Inventory to Deliver.Key Responsibilities:Leads and manages the work in the ITD work stream.Leads the development of business process design ensuring alignment with the original system design for first phase go live.Collaborate with business partners to influence processes, tools, and operating models within the ITD area.Develop and execute strategy, goals, and objectives for the ITD business process and technology implementation and maintenance.Lead and manage business requirements gathering, business process flows definitions, and system solution delivery for SAP ITD Workstreams.Work closely with Finance, TOP’s (technical operations), Commercial, Supply Chain, and IT to align with the standardized global ITD business processes.Act as a liaison between the SAP implementation team, master data team, and the business teams, providing mediation if required.Support preparation for Project Ignite Steering Committee Meetings and ensure the efficiency of ERP decision-making process.Support Technology Deployment Planning and Rollout for ITD processes.Provide ITD input to develop a sustainable test plan and monitor testing.Function as a change leader to maximize employee adoption of key initiatives and operating model change.Support identification of key trainers and develop a comprehensive training and development plan for ITD.Critical Attributes:Ability to work across multiple functions towards a common goal.Strong financial and accounting acumen.Great collaborator across all BioMarin, Systems Integrator and SAP personnel.Effective communication, persuasion and influencing skills at all levels.A bias for action and a “can do” attitude.Solutions oriented and growth mindset.Other desirable attributes include work experience in a similar transformational effort such as an ERP S4/HANA program or similar enterprise/local deployment in the bio-pharma context.Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/DisabledAn Equal Opportunity Employer.
