Job Summary:
We are seeking a Customer Support Executive Administrator to join our team in Dublin 24. This is an immediate start opportunity with a contract until the end of December, with the possibility of extension.
Main Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer service levels
* Serve as a primary point of contact for escalated issues
* Maintain and update processes and procedures to ensure ongoing efficiency
* Analyse client information and provide regular reports
* Process applications, orders, and financial information
* Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
* Perform general administrative tasks and other duties as required
Requirements:
* At least 2 years of experience in customer service or call centre operations
* Minimum 2 years of experience in administration or finance
* Prior experience as a supervisor or team lead is advantageous
* Proficient in MS Office
