HR Manager
Are you an experienced HR professional seeking a new challenge or looking to take on a lead HR role? Our client, a major player in the engineering and construction sector, is expanding and needs someone to fill this newly created position.
The Job:
As a key member of the leadership team, the successful candidate will cover a broad range of HR duties, from hands-on daily engagement to senior-level strategic planning. This includes:
* Employee engagement and query resolution
* Implementing new HR processes and change projects
* Recruitment
* Overseeing training programs
* Benchmarking employee benefits and compensation
* Managing HR budgets and supporting departmental and operations managers with their strategic HR needs
Your Skills and Experience:
* Third-level degree qualified in HR, business studies, or a related discipline (ideally)
* 4-5+ years' experience as a HR Manager or senior HR Business Partner/Generalist
* Experience gained in a manufacturing, engineering, or construction-focused environment is advantageous but not essential
* Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft applications, particularly Excel
* Excellent attention to detail and interpersonal skills
* Due to the office location, candidates must have their own car and full driving license
The Offer:
Salary: approximately €65-75,000 per annum, depending on candidate skills and experience, with excellent opportunities for further growth and development.
This is a fully office-based role with no option for hybrid or remote work.
