Job Description
As a Customer Service Executive – Agri, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and administrative support to our client's team.
* Dealing with inbound calls and processing customer orders on the system.
* Liaising with sales representatives and assisting the sales office manager.
* Establishing and developing relationships with new and existing customers.
Key Responsibilities
• Achieving daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs
• Maintaining accurate system records
• Completing customer queries and requests in a timely manner
• Performing other duties assigned by the Sales Office Manager.
Candidate Profile
Our ideal candidate possesses:
* Strong communication skills
* Previous relevant experience
* Agri background or qualification advantageous
* Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
* High level of accuracy, confidentiality, professionalism, and teamwork
Requirements
Office-based role with a 35-hour week (8:45-16:45, 9:00-17:00, or 9:30-17:30) Monday to Friday.
