Role: Transport Customer Service
Location: Naas, Co. Kildare
Salary: €35k – €37k
Role Requirements:
* Provide excellent customer service by managing inbound and outbound inquiries via phone, email, and internal systems.
* Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
* Coordinate transport schedules and ensure timely and accurate delivery of services.
* Process orders, bookings, and dispatches while ensuring all details are correctly logged.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
* Work closely with other departments to resolve issues and improve service delivery.
* Keep customers informed of any changes or delays in transport services.
* Analyse customer feedback and suggest improvements to service processes.
* Contribute to maintaining a safe and compliant environment according to transport regulations and company policies.
* Ensure that all service level agreements (SLAs) are met and exceeded
Candidate Requirements:
* Ideal candidate will have minimum 2 years’ experience in customer service environment.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to handle inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
* Ability to think quickly and resolve issues effectively and efficiently.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate record-keeping and smooth operations.
* Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues across various departments.
* Comfortable using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office) and transportation management systems.
