About Your New Employer
A family run audiology clinic with multiple locations in the Cork area, including Cork City and surrounding towns.
Your Role will be based in Fermoy, with occasional travel to Cork City required to cover annual leave, holidays etc.
What We Expect From You
* Manage phone lines and schedule appointments in a timely manner.
* Oversee the day-to-day running of the office.
* Write reports and format them correctly.
* CHECK IN AND OUTPATIENTS DURING CLINIC TIMES WHILE UPHELDING THE HIGHEST STANDARDS OF CUSTOMER SERVICE.
* Write receipts for insurance purposes and letters to patients.
* Be willing to drive to Cork City as needed to cover holidays or sick days.
What We Look For In A Candidate
* Proven experience in a Senior Administration position, preferably with some people management.
* Excellent customer service skills with a pleasant and helpful disposition towards patients.
* Strong IT skills, comfortable working with Microsoft Office.
* Previous experience in a customer/patient facing role is highly desirable.
Your Benefits
We offer a competitive salary, ranging from 35k to 40k per year (dependent on experience).
