Accounts Administrator Opportunity
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Administrator to join our finance team in Cork. This role offers the chance to contribute to the efficient management of financial processes and support daily accounting activities.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Manage and resolve customer queries, ensuring prompt and professional communication.
2. Save payroll reports and maintain up-to-date records, guaranteeing accuracy and compliance.
3. Prepare and file VAT and RCT returns, meeting regulatory deadlines and requirements.
4. Assist with the annual financial audit, providing thorough documentation and support.
5. Handle general payroll inquiries, offering clear explanations and solutions.
6. Manage sales invoicing, customer statements, and overdue account follow-ups, maintaining a high level of professionalism.
7. Assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts, providing valuable insights and analysis.
8. Invoice daily Commercial system notifications and non-commercial invoices, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
9. Investigate and resolve supplier queries, fostering strong relationships and resolving issues efficiently.
10. Perform other ad-hoc duties as required by the business, demonstrating adaptability and a willingness to learn.
Requirements:
* Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and independent, with a strong focus on delivering results.
* A relevant qualification, such as ATI, is an advantage, but not mandatory.
* Experience in payroll administration and invoicing is desirable, but not essential.
* Excellent communication and Excel skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly.
* Strong administrative, organizational, and business support skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively.
