The company is seeking a Head of HR Business Partnering to join the team. This full-time, permanent opportunity will be based in Kildare.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
* Provide proactive and creative HR Business Partnering and initiatives to ensure the company's objectives are developed, supported, and achieved.
* Work closely with HR Centres of Expertise (CoE) to resolve complex and challenging problems through innovative and agile thinking.
* Coach and mentor the HR Business Partner team to implement people initiatives that enable successful delivery of the company's strategy.
* Efficiently run the HRBP team, processes, and practices to support the business leadership team in achieving its objectives, aligning with values and creating a great place to work.
* Understand the company's strategy and align the HR Business Partner team and actions accordingly.
* Champion the organisational values and culture.
* Coach and develop business leaders.
* Identify business needs and lead organisational change initiatives.
* Foster a focus on the future of work.
* Shape and drive HR strategy with a business perspective.
* Deliver business and HR strategy through talent, workforce, and workplace solutions.
* Manage the industrial relations strategy.
Requirements:
* Hons Degree in a Business or HR related discipline is essential.
* Proven ability in HR Business Partnering at team leader level, including hands-on experience of project and programme management.
* Demonstrates strong business and financial acumen and ability to translate into people strategy.
* Ability to build & foster relationships with business leaders.
* Influences decisions to produce positive business outcomes.
* Strong influencing skills and ability to work across multiple levels of the organisation.
* Demonstrates consulting agility.
