About Your New Job As an Operations Executive, you will: Assess and process claims within the PPI portfolio, ensuring full compliance with policy terms and conditions.
Make informed decisions on claims based on TPA recommendations, confirming approvals.
Administer medical subscriptions, liaising with TPAs and underwriters to ensure timely decisions.
Monitor monthly reporting for accuracy and verify claims transfer request forms.
Propose and implement improvements in claims investigations and settlements to streamline processes.
Provide operational support and assist with partner management, including training and operational visits.
Manage customer service inquiries and maintain high internal quality standards.
Build and maintain strong partner relationships, providing ongoing training and operational support.
This is a key role requiring strong decision-making, process optimization, and the ability to manage vital relationships while upholding the highest quality standards.
What Skills You Need Qualifications:
A relevant qualification, such as a degree or insurance certification, is preferred.
Experience:
Proven experience in claims handling is essential; medical underwriting experience is a plus.
Skills:
Proficiency in English and French (C1/C2) is required; additional European languages are an advantage.
Strong customer relations and communication skills are essential.
