You will play a crucial role in the development and support of our Joints portfolio.
Your responsibilities will include: Collaborating with Key Decision Makers (KDMs) and their multi-disciplinary teams to maintain and grow market share.
Attending and supporting relevant theatre cases, educating and promoting to customers.
Managing administrative tasks within designated accounts.
Working flexibly as part of a team to support the overall business.
Contributing to the development of business strategies to ensure continued success.
About You: You are a motivated individual with excellent communication skills, capable of building strong relationships and providing customer-focused services.
Your creativity and innovation allow you to challenge the status quo and excel in both team and individual environments.
Basic Requirements: Clinical qualification with relevant experience, preferably in hip/knee implants (though not a necessity).
Theatre nurse/ physiotherapy background is highly sought after Willingness to work in a clinical support role.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Flexible attitude and focus on teamwork.
Proven attention to detail and follow-through.
Ability to integrate easily and work to deadlines.
Computer literate in Microsoft Office.
Clean, full driving license.
