following:Take custody of Primary packaging and Single use
materials BOM in Warehouse. Perform Wipe ins and Delayering through PSA from
Unclassified to Grade D ahead of batch activity.Set up and manage Kanban’s in PSA and IPT and coordinate
signals back to existing warehouse for efficient transport of materials to the building.Take Custody of Kanban Material in Warehouse,
Replenishing existing KanbansLiasing with Facilities, Ensure Vendor Managed inventory
(VMI) and replenishment of same is in PlaceEnsure SAP Material accuracy and visibility in IPT,
Completing Prod 183 cycle counting and ensuring accurate consumption of
Material to process orders.Develop as a SAP SME, Promoting and Raising the
proficiency of SAP usage with IPTMonitor Ambient Capacity levels and ensure spaces are
allocated as per the agreed allocation strategy (Key back up batches available
for critical materials)Monitor 2-8 Capacity levels and organise timely transfer
of materials to Main Site 2-8 WarehouseRequirementsSkills Required:Experience in working in a GMP environmentExcellent analytical skills and attention to detailProven track record of working within a well-established,
high performing teams.Previous Warehousing ExperienceMust be able to lift 50 pounds, light computer skills,
FDA experienceProactive attitude towards their work and ability to
multitask when requiredExcellent knowledge of cGMP and GDP preferredProficiency in MS Office and job- related computer
