An exciting opportunity for an experienced Quality Engineer to lead a Quality team within a dynamic manufacturing environment.
This role involves driving system and product quality improvements, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and managing key quality processes.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Lead the Quality team, maintaining and improving the Quality Management System (QMS).
Oversee the Returns department, ensuring efficient processes and timely resolution of investigations.
Investigate customer complaints, using root cause analysis to address issues.
Drive continuous improvements in product and process quality.
Conduct inspections of raw materials, components, and finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
Lead quality audits, ensuring compliance with ISO9001:2015, ISO17025, ISO14001, and ATEX certifications.
Analyse quality data, report KPIs, and identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation of quality measures.
Requirements:
A degree in Engineering, Electronics, or a related technical field (Level 8 or equivalent).
At least 3 years of experience in a senior quality role within a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of quality control systems, statistical analysis, and ISO standards.
Experience in leading notified body audits.
Lean Six Sigma qualification and Lead Auditor certification (advantageous).
Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.
Fluent in written and spoken English.
Working Hours:
Monday-Thursday: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Friday: 8:30 AM - 1:30 PM Benefits: Modern working environment in a growing organisation.
