The Supply Network Optimization Manager will be responsible for assessing, designing, and implementing supply chain strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall network performance.

Responsibilities
Develop and implement optimization strategies for the supply network to improve service levels, reduce lead times, and enhance inventory management.
Analyze end-to-end supply chain operations to identify inefficiencies and recommend data-driven solutions.
Partner with procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and distribution teams to drive best practices in supply chain planning.
Utilize advanced analytics, simulation modeling, and digital tools to forecast demand, optimize stock levels, and ensure supply continuity.
Identify opportunities for automation and digital transformation in supply chain processes.
Implement KPI tracking and performance measurement tools to continuously assess supply network performance.
Lead cross-functional initiatives to enhance collaboration between suppliers, distributors, and internal stakeholders.
Develop contingency plans to mitigate risks related to supply disruptions, regulatory changes, and market fluctuations.
Drive cost reduction initiatives while maintaining high service levels and quality compliance.
Build and enhance technical capabilities, including advanced analytics, digital tools, and automation, to improve decision-making and overall supply chain efficiency.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field.
Solid experience in supply chain optimization, logistics, or operations, preferably within the FMCG industry.
Strong proficiency in supply chain analytics, network modeling, and optimization tools (e.g., SAP IBP, Kinaxis, Llamasoft, or similar).
Experience in working within a fast-growing, rapidly evolving business environment with minimal existing optimization frameworks.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across multiple functions and geographies.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities, with a data-driven approach.
Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements within pharmaceutical supply chains is a plus.
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to senior management.
