We are currently recruiting for a HR Executive on behalf of a leading organisation in the North Cork area. This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical and administrative skills who enjoys working with data to support HR decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Collect and manage HR data (e.g., time & attendance, surveys, training records)
2. Analyse data for trends in recruitment, retention, and compliance
3. Prepare clear reports and summaries for senior HR stakeholders
4. Recommend actions to improve hiring, engagement, and culture
5. Support end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
6. Maintain data accuracy and ensure system integrity
7. Assist with HR audits and compliance checks
8. Respond to employee HR queries and provide admin support
Key Skills & Experience:
1. Excellent written and verbal communication
2. Strong attention to detail
3. Analytical thinking and data interpretation
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
5. Ability to quickly learn HR systems (e.g., TMS, nVolve)
6. Strong organisation and time management skills
7. Able to work independently and as part of a team
8. Confidential and compliance-aware
Desirable Qualifications:
1. Degree or diploma in HR, Business, or a related field
2. Previous experience in a HR support or data-focused role
