About the Role
We are partnering with a leading Logistics company in Lisburn to recruit an HR Advisor on a fixed term contract basis.
You will play a key role in driving strategic HR initiatives across multiple countries, supporting leadership and fostering a high-performance culture.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive engagement, diversity, and inclusion initiatives to enhance the work environment.
* Ensure compliance with local employment laws and best HR practices to safeguard the organization's reputation.
* Lead and contribute to key HR projects and change management initiatives to drive business growth.
* Partner with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals and objectives.
* Provide expert advice on employee relations, performance management, and organizational development to support senior stakeholders.
* Support recruitment and talent development to enhance workforce capability and achieve business success.
Essential Criteria:
* Minimum 2+ years of experience as an HR generalist.
* CIPD qualification or relevant degree is highly desirable.
* Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices is essential for success in this role.
* Experience coaching and advising senior stakeholders is required.
* Excellent communication, influencing, and problem-solving skills are necessary to excel in this position.
