Account Manager Required
We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team, working with multinational clients in Munster. This role can be fully remote or hybrid in Nenagh, Co. Tipperary, depending on the applicant.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and building key strategic relationships with our clients, dealing with C-Suite professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Proactively expand, develop, maintain, and expand existing portfolio base.
* Identify, pursue, and onboard accounts not currently working with clients.
* Achieve revenue milestones and targets.
* Provide specific customer feedback to the Product Team regarding enhancement and functionality requests.
* Closely monitor and liaise with project managers and relevant supplier channels to ensure project deliverables are met.
Requirements:
* 3+ years of B2B customer-facing experience, managing and growing enterprise accounts in Ireland.
* A deep understanding of the sales process.
* Demonstrable past performance of achieving revenue milestones.
* Strong communication and analytical skills, with a positive and energetic manner.
* A real passion for achieving client-centric projects.
* Growth mindset with a high level of personal accountability and a real ambition to achieve.
* Proficiency in Microsoft suites and CRM systems.
