HR Information System Implementation Manager
Our client in Dublin West has an exciting requirement for a 12-month contract, working fully onsite. The successful candidate will lead the implementation of a new HR Information System, ensuring the systems integration with business processes and systems efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
* Analyse organisational needs and design relevant HRIS solutions.
* Ensure data accuracy and integrity, and project milestones are met.
* Develop and maintain a project plan for the system implementation.
* Work closely with all key business departments, including HR, IT, and other departments for the HRIS implementation.
* Scope out best practice HR processes aligned with business needs.
* Ensure the system integrates seamlessly with other existing systems.
* Plan the migration of existing HR data.
* Develop and deliver training programmes for users.
* Create user manuals and related documentation.
* Monitor system performance and user feedback.
* Maintain the highest levels of security and confidentiality.
Experience Required:
* Relevant degree – Human Resources Qualification preferably.
* 5+ years of related experience, with proficiency in HRIS platforms and project management methodology.
* Strong project management skills.
* Excellent communication and people skills.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
