Our client, a leading global healthcare company based in Sligo, is recruiting a TPM Operations Project Manager (IVDR) who is responsible for successfully executing the management of the transition of Immunoassay (IA) and Clinical Chemistry (CC) medical device products to IVDR.
Core Job Responsibilities Represents TPM Operations as a key member of the program team to ensure a smooth transition of products to IVDR.Works in partnership with internal functions including Supply Chain, Regulatory, Program Management, Technical, Commercial, and QA.Works closely with assigned TPMs and internal team to ensure sufficient inventory bridging for IVDR transition, ensuring zero disruption to product supply.Elevates and presents project risks, particularly those related to product supply.Maintains a positive and collaborative working relationship with TPMs and internal colleagues.Acts independently to identify and resolve problems, establishing appropriate action plans to mitigate project delay or risk to product supply.Supports multiple projects simultaneously and executes project timelines.Implements process improvements to accelerate current and future project progress.Ensures that Design Control and Compliance requirements are met.Maintains positive and cooperative communications and collaboration with all levels of employees, customers, contractors, and vendors.Skills and Qualifications: At least 5 years of experience in supply chain/manufacturing/technical or related program management role.Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong communication skills.Proven ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.Previous experience in the IVD business would be highly beneficial.Education Minimum of Bachelor's degree in a supply chain, business, or technical discipline.Minimum Experience / Training Required Minimum of 5 years in supply chain/manufacturing/technical or related program management role.
