HR Officer 6-Month Contract (Hybrid) Location: South Dublin (Hybrid, max 2 days onsite) Salary: €35,000 + 25 days annual leave Key Responsibilities: Act as first point of contact for day-to-day HR queries, ensuring accurate and timely resolution Assist with recruitment administration and coordination, including scheduling, shortlisting, and candidate communication Support the Learning & Development function, including organising training sessions and maintaining records Shadow interviews and gain exposure to full-cycle recruitment processes Assist in maintaining HR policies, procedures, and documentation Support wider HR administrative tasks and contribute to project work as needed Requirements: A CIPD qualification is essential Minimum 1 year of HR or administration experience in a fast-paced setting Strong communication skills and a proactive, team-oriented approach High level of organisation, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities A genuine interest in growing a career within HR This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their HR career to gain valuable experience across all key HR functions in a dynamic public sector setting.
