Are you ready to lead a team of talented engineers and shape the future of development infrastructure? AECOM continues to expand their successful and established Infrastructure Development team in Ireland and requires a Senior Civil Engineer to join the Dublin office in Ireland.
The team has an established track record of successfully delivering development infrastructure schemes both locally and across Ireland and the U.K. Our wide range of clients includes developers, retailers, landowners, housebuilders, blue-chip companies, and Universities.
Current & Upcoming Projects:
1. ESB HV Cable Replacement (civil works)
2. Parkland and public realm projects for Local Authorities
3. Residential Developments for the Land Development Agency (LDA)
4. Large scale infrastructure projects such as EV bus depots for the National Transport Authority (NTA)
Here’s what you’ll do:
1. Deliver: You will be a part of a team that delivers high quality civil engineering support and services to all project stages, from feasibility through to Detailed Design and Construction.
2. Oversee: You will take ownership of the tasks that are required for each of the project stages, working with other design team members while providing guidance to Graduates and Technicians.
3. Provide Expertise: Offer technical knowledge and expertise on all aspects of multi-disciplinary projects, particularly drainage design.
4. Ensure Quality: Strive for excellence in all projects, following the AECOM QA/QC procedures.
5. Collaborate: Work with both internal and external multi-disciplinary engineers and stakeholders.

Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
2. Previous experience in a civil engineering role.
3. Experience in using relevant industry-standard software such as AutoCAD (2D) and Auto Track.
4. Experience in the development of detail designs and the production of documentation.
5. Experience of working in a multidisciplinary design team.
6. A highly motivated individual with excellent communication skills.
7. Clean driving license.
Preferred Qualifications and Experience:
1. Experience in using relevant industry-standard software including InfoDrainage and Civil3D.
2. Experience in surface water catchment assessment and analysis.
3. Experience in undertaking hydraulic analysis and design for drainage systems.
4. Experience in designing water supply networks for development projects.
