The main responsibility of the Cyber Security Business Management Associate is to manage financial forecasting, planning, budgeting, and analysis for the Office of the CISO. Reporting to the Director of Cyber Strategic Analytics and Business Management, this role will drive financial planning and analysis processes to ensure investments and budgets align with strategic priorities and address high risks, as well as oversee daily operations and deliverables through collaboration with senior management and department leaders.
Role Objectives
1. Manage financial planning and forecasting and track estimates against actuals.
2. Track and identify opportunities for cost savings and cost recoveries.
3. Review and approve department expenses and create and monitor budget for approval.
4. Drive business case development to support key initiatives.
5. Track and monitor headcount ensuring open roles align with overall strategy.
6. Partner with HR to drive recruiting for full-time, intern, and contractor positions.
7. Manage investment and expenses to ensure projects and costs remain on target.
8. Develop financial management reporting for executive, regulatory, and board communications.
9. Oversee development and implementation of internal processes and systems, identifying areas for improvement.

2. High level of professionalism, discretion, and judgment in dealing with confidential information.
3. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and develop creative solutions.
