Sales Administrator in Dublin 15
Excellent opportunity for an experienced Junior Administrator in Dublin 15 on a temporary contract.
Responsibilities
* Process all customer orders through Sage 50
* Physically process and despatch customer orders
* Liaise with courier company
* Handle customer queries in an efficient manner
* Answer and manage incoming calls, receive in post and deliveries, order stationery & sundry supplies
* Work closely with Purchasing administration. Order required customer stock in good time (using shortfall reports etc.)
* Support internal teams: Sales, Service, Marketing, and Accounts
* Build good relationships with the Sales team and ensure they are kept up to date on any relevant customer queries or issues.
* Assist in the conducting of quarterly stock takes.
* Maintenance of stock room: Ensure the stock room is always clean and orderly, and FIFO is always followed when processing customer orders.
* Manage stationery room and ordering stationery/canteen supplies for the company
* Any other duties assigned to you by your manager
Requirements
* 1+ years admin/reception experience working in a busy office environment.
* Strong communication skills.
* Strong IT skills including at least intermediate level in Excel and MS Office.
* Experience using Sage 50.
* High levels of attention to detail and accuracy.
