Job type: Part-time, initial 12 month contract
Thanks to significant growth, our client is looking to welcome a HR Manager on a part-time basis. You will review the existing structures, implement robust policies, and take ownership of the people function. The ideal candidate will be hands-on and experienced in supporting the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities, partnering with the organization on strategic initiatives and enjoying seeing success from scratch!
Responsibilities
* Develop strong and collaborative working relationships within the site leadership team and the wider training teams across the business.
* Manage the 360 employee lifecycle.
* Develop, implement, monitor, and evaluate HR Policies and Procedures in line with best practice, legal, and organisational requirements.
* Assist with recruitment, onboarding and offboarding of employees.
* Manage Employee Relations matters as they arise.
* Contribute to companywide talent and succession planning processes.
* Ad-hoc duties as required.
Requirements
* 3rd level qualification in HR or a related discipline, CIPD qualification an advantage.
* Minimum of 3 years of generalist HR experience at HR Manager or HR Business Partner level.
* Experience in developing an HR function, drafting policies, initiatives, and embedding processes and procedures from scratch.
* Significant experience in employee engagement and development.
* Hands-on experience and knowledge of Irish legislation.
