We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Duty Manager to join our client's team in Co. Wexford.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a hospitality professional who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service and leading a team in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations and ensure the smooth running of all departments during your shift Lead, supervise, and support staff to ensure a high standard of service is maintained Handle guest queries and resolve complaints efficiently and professionally Ensure health & safety, hygiene, and company policies are adhered to at all times Work closely with senior management to meet operational targets and enhance the guest experience Assist with staff training, scheduling, and performance management Carry out cash handling and reporting duties as required Requirements: Previous experience as a Duty Manager or in a similar supervisory role within hospitality Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to remain calm and make decisions under pressure A proactive, hands-on approach to operations and problem-solving Strong customer service focus with attention to detail Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and evenings Location: Co.
